Cleveland Office Wins NorthCoast 99 Award

Sterling Talent Solutions proudly announces that our Cleveland, Ohio office has been named one of Northeast Ohio’s 99 best places to work in 2017! NorthCoast 99 recognizes great places to work for top performing people that drive results, provide competitive advantages and allow businesses to innovate and grow. This award is a true testament to the hard work put in by so many at our organization to develop the culture we have today. The NorthCoast 99 Best Workplace Award is a representation of how well Sterling Talent Solutions compares to other organizations in Northeast Ohio for treating their employees across a number of areas including challenging and meaningful work, compensation and benefits, work/life balance and more. New Office in Cleveland

The Cleveland office, the Sterling US operations center, is located in Independence, Ohio. The office recently moved to a new 40,000 square foot space allowing for growth in all departments. The open concept office allows collaboration with team members while at the same time focusing on clients’ needs. The Cleveland Sterling team is very proud to be able to raise funds to help nonprofit organizations in the Cleveland area as part of the Sterling Talent Solutions REACH program. Year to date, they have conducted fund-raising campaigns for eight different local non-profit charities and is looking forward to more events throughout the rest of the year.
