HRO Today Baker’s Dozen Ranking Process
For the 2017 Customer Satisfaction Survey, HRO Today reached out to 40 background screening companies to participate in this year’s survey. Thirteen companies (or the baker’s dozen) were whittled down from the 29 companies who decided to participate in the survey. The rankings are based on results of surveys sent to the participating screening company’s clients. The responses are analyzed and the winners ranked based on the breadth of services, size of deal and quality of service. The points from each of these categories then determined the overall company ranking.
The overall rankings were based on the following categories:
- Breadth of Services (Sterling Talent Solutions was rated #9 here)
- Size of Deal (Sterling Talent Solutions was rated #4 here)
- And most impactful to the overall rankings was Quality of Service (Sterling Talent Solutions was rated #5 here)
